Giclée Prints
What are Giclée prints?
Giclée prints are archival, high-quality prints made to last and be fade-resistant.
Where are the prints made?
Prints are produced by a professional US-based print partner and ship internationally.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free worldwide on all prints.
How long will my print take to arrive?
Most print orders arrive within 5–12 business days, depending on location.
Original Paintings
Do your prices include shipping?
No. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Can I pick up my painting locally?
Yes. Local pickup in Beit Shemesh is available at checkout.
What shipping methods do you offer?
Stretched (ready to hang):
Shipped flat, safely packaged, tracked, and insured.Rolled in a tube:
A more affordable option. The painting is removed from its stretcher bars and shipped rolled.
You can have it re-stretched by any local framer.
How long does shipping take?
Paintings ship within 5–10 business days.
Delivery times vary by country (typically 1–3 weeks).
Please allow up to 1 month.
Returns & Exchanges
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
Please contact me within 7 days with photos.
Depending on the situation, I will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
Are original paintings returnable?
Because originals are one of a kind, all sales are final, unless the painting arrives damaged.
Are prints returnable?
Prints can be reprinted or refunded if damaged or if there is a quality issue.
Commissions
Do you accept commissions?
Sometimes — depending on my schedule.

Care Instructions
How should I care for my painting?
Keep out of direct sun
Avoid extreme humidity
Dust gently with a soft cloth
If shipped rolled, have it professionally re-stretched
Payment & Certificates
Do you offer payment plans?
Payment plans may be available depending on the artwork. Please reach out to discuss options.
Do original paintings come with a Certificate of Authenticity?
Yes. All original works include a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
