Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright.
Buyers receive the physical artwork only.

3. Pricing

All prices listed are in USD.
Prices may change at any time without notice.

4. Orders & Payments

Payments are processed securely through the site’s checkout system.
An order is considered complete once payment is received.

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be notified and fully refunded.

5. Shipping

Shipping rates and methods are shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are guidelines and may vary due to customs, holidays, or courier delays.
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.

6. Local Pickup

If you are located in Beit Shemesh, you may choose local free pickup at checkout.

7. Returns & Refunds

Original paintings are final sale, except in cases of damage during transit.
Prints may be replaced or refunded if damaged or if there is a production issue.

For damaged items, please contact me within 7 days with photos so I can assist.

8. Commissions

A non-refundable deposit may be required for commission work.
Timelines and details will be agreed upon individually.

9. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to access restricted areas, or interfere with its operation.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is used only to process orders, communicate with you, and improve your experience on the site.
