In this oil painting, I explore looser, more intuitive brushstrokes and a brighter, more vibrant palette to capture the warmth and serenity of the outdoors. The scene is based on a moment shared by my husband’s two aunts as they hiked the sunlit trails of California. Their journey through glowing hills and soft, fading light becomes a reflection on connection, resilience, and the natural world.

This means they are museum quality and made to last and not fade if kept out of direct sunlight.
